This program is uniquely designed to serve some of Ontario’s most complex clients, offering a person-centered approach that integrates individualized care plans, behavioral support, and life skills development. With a highly trained interdisciplinary team, the program fosters a safe and supportive environment to promote independence, stability, and improved quality of life.
