Bella Notte was built on the idea that impact occurs when passionate people come together around a shared purpose. This year, we were proud to have two organizations leading that effort as our Presenting Sponsors: Anchor Rehabilitation Support Services and Community Care Connection (C3). Their support of Mind Forward has spanned over several years and stems from a genuine commitment to improving the lives of individuals living with acquired brain injury (ABI) and making the systems of care that support them every day stronger.
At the heart of both organizations is a belief that collaboration matters. That innovation matters. That people deserve compassionate, individualized support that helps them move forward with dignity, confidence, and opportunity.
Anchor Rehabilitation Support Services has become a trusted name in community-based rehabilitation across Ontario, supporting individuals with ABI and neurodiverse needs through evidence-based behavioural services and compassionate, client-centered care. Their team of Registered Behaviour Analysts (RBAs) and Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs) works closely with individuals and families to promote emotional regulation, independence, and meaningful participation in daily life.
At the same time, Community Care Connection (C3) is transforming the way interdisciplinary healthcare teams communicate and coordinate care. As Mind Forward’s electronic medical record (EMR) partner, C3 supports the clinical work happening behind the scenes every day — helping streamline workflows, improve documentation, and create more connected care experiences so clinicians can focus on what matters most: the people they serve.
What was clear throughout Bella Notte was not simply their generosity, but the authenticity behind it. Justin Kline and the entire Anchor and C3 leadership team — including Koulla, Jen, Laura, Stacie, Sara, Sean D. and Sean M. — brought such genuine energy, kindness, and passion to the evening.
Bella Notte brought together a community of supporters and advocates — all united by a common goal of creating stronger support systems and brighter futures for ABI survivors. Seeing organizations like Anchor and C3 not only support that mission financially but actively engage in the conversations and relationships behind it, is what makes partnerships like these so valuable.
