The Goegan House (formerly Transitional Residential for Supportive Living/TRSL) provides 24/7 rehabilitation-focused care in a fully accessible residence for adults with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). Designed as a transitional step from intensive care to greater independence, the program combines individualized support, evidence-based behavior management, and skill development to address cognitive, behavioral, and physical challenges. TRSL also offers advocacy and resource coordination, promoting safety, stability, and improved quality of life within a supportive community.
