The Conover Program at Mind Forward is designed for adults with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) who require support with moderate physical and cognitive needs, while promoting community integration and personal growth. This program provides a supportive environment where clients receive 24/7 care focused on developing life skills, managing symptoms, living an engaging high-quality life, and enhancing physical well-being. With an emphasis on community involvement, Conover encourages clients to engage with local resources, participate in social and recreational activities, and build relationships within the agency and community. By promoting independence through personalized care plans and engagement, and fostering social connections, Conover helps individuals with ABI maintain their well-being and integrate fully into the community.
