Mind Forward’s Day Program provides a safe and inclusive environment that offers a variety of therapeutic activities with a focus on increasing social interaction, developing functional skills, and improving physical, cognitive, and emotional health.
Our team of highly skilled, trained, and motivated facilitators develop programs tailored to participants with a wide range of functional abilities and interests. Our head office in Central Mississauga is nestled in a serene, wooded area along the Cooksville Creek and boasts a large, accessible Day Program space.

We partner with local organizations across Oakville, Orangeville, and Brampton, which generously provide their facilities and equipment and allow us to reach clients who need access to our head office due to transportation barriers.
These partnerships are mutually beneficial as they enable us to spread awareness about brain injury within the broader community.


How to register for our Day Program:
To register, clients can access the online Cognito form which is provided by the Day Program Group Leader or Senior Staff.
Program Highlights
- Creative and recreational activities (art therapy, music therapy, pet therapy, gardening, cooking classes)
