Join Mississauga Health’s Community Connect Workshop!

We want to hear from you! On February 5, join Mississauga Health and Trillium Health Partners for the Community Connect Workshop – an engaging and open discussion to understand what our community needs when it comes to navigating health care. Whether that be understanding the barriers you face when accessing care, tools to help improve care navigation, or how providers can better communicate with you and your loved ones. This is your opportunity to share your thoughts, experiences, and questions about navigating care in your community. Together, we will work towards creating a healthier, inclusive, and more accessible community for all.

Your input is invaluable in shaping the future of care in our community. Your voice can make a difference!

Don’t miss out – register today to be part of the conversation! Snacks and refreshments will be provided. An honorarium will be provided to workshop attendees as compensation for their valuable time and participation. If you need any accommodations to attend the event, such as child care, transportation or respite services, we ask that they please reach out to [email protected].

What is Community Connect?

This collaborative event is designed to foster open dialogue surrounding the challenges faced and needs of individuals, families and communities in our region when it comes to identifying and accessing care. By actively participating in this workshop and sharing their insights, members of the public will help shape local priorities and help Mississauga Health and its members understand our communities and guide the way we design transformative care that better aligns with the wants and needs of our diverse region. This event is not only an opportunity to hear from and engage with those who wish to share their voice, but it is also crucial for informing Mississauga Health priorities. It will enable us, as well as our members, to regularly engage our communities and gather input to redesign and transform care with the person at the centre.

Together, we will improve the health and wellness of all people in our communities by connecting their care across the system.
