Alfred Ng serves as the Associate Vice President of Integrated Care and Experience at Durham Community Health Services. With over 15 years of experience in strategy, operations and performance improvement across public and private sector health services, Alfred has consistently demonstrated a commitment to quality and innovation. He holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from McGill University, and credentials as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, and Certified Health Executive.  Alfred’s passion for community services is deeply rooted in his early career as a physiotherapist, where he provided rehabilitation services to individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). This experience fostered his unwavering commitment to supporting this often-overlooked population. He is dedicated to advocating for high-quality, respectful care that addresses the unique needs of individuals with ABI, empowering them to achieve meaningful lives within their communities.

With over two decades of progressive leadership experience in human resources, labour relations and organizational design and development, Andrew Wilson is a seasoned HR executive dedicated to driving operational excellence, fostering employee engagement, and achieving strategic business goals.

Currently serving as the Senior Director of People and Labour Relations with Bimbo Canada since 2010, Andrew oversees comprehensive HR portfolios across field operations, commercial divisions, and support functions, managing a diverse team of 30+ professionals.

Andrew has also held HR leadership roles with organizations such as Maple Leaf Foods, Samsung Electronics Canada, General Motors and Syncreon, honing expertise in compensation, talent management, and labour relations.

Not only does he hold degrees and/or diplomas from York University and Sheridan College and Industrial Relations certification from Queen’s University, Andrew is committed to continuous learning having completed specialized certifications in Labour Law (Osgoode Hall) and Pension Investment Management (Schulich School of Business).

Andrew brings a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise and people-first leadership to the Mind Forward Board, always looking for the right balance between deeply humane and highly productive while driving organizational success and employee well-being.

Susan Rosales is Director of Planning and Development in the real estate industry, with 35 years of strategic management and consulting experience in the public, private, and political arenas. Susan has a B.A. in Urban and Regional Planning from formerly Ryerson and is a Registered Professional Planner. She serves as a citizen representative volunteer with the Region of Halton Accessibility Advisory Committee, the Metrolinx Accessibility Advisory Committee, and the Metrolinx Design Advisory Panel. She also holds AODA Training Certification. Susan volunteered for 9 years as a Patient and Family Advisor at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Giving back to her community and sharing her uniquely broad lens on various matters is a significant priority and reward for Susan.
