Mindful Movement group will teach Mindful meditations and movements to help easestress levels and increase focus. Mindfulness mediations allow you tofocus the mind on the present and increase awareness of yoursurroundings and sensations.
Over the course of 6 weeks we will explore Mindfulness-BasedInterventions (MBI) which have been shown to be improve symptoms of stress, anxiety and reduce symptoms of chronic pain.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to each session.
