We are happy to announce that we will be facilitating an additional online Psychosocial Educational Group starting in January 2021!

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

“change how you feel by change the way you think”

Do you struggle with anxious thoughts, depressive thoughts, low self-esteem, stress, anger and/or other low moods or thoughts? If so than this may be a group for you.

The group sessions will run Monday afternoons at 2pm- 3:30pm beginning January 18th 2021.

We will be using the book Mind Over Mood 2nd edition as our curriculum guide.

 (This group will run approximately 10-12 weeks). There is limited space and all clients will first need to be approved by the clinical team to join. Clients will be required to complete weekly readings and homework/exercises between sessions.
