Each Friday our peers meet virtually to paint like we never have before! With the direction of the Halton Day Program Facilitator, we work together in order to create beautiful, Celebration of Life cards. Each card will be donated to the Senior’s Service Stream on their birthdays’. This initiative is a client-for-client program and gives back to a community that we serve within Mind Forward.
